Real estate brokerage Keller Williams Pasadena has signed a new lease for 8,880 square feet of office space in Pasadena, according to Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis, who facilitated the lease.

Keller Williams is moving into offices at the property at 199 S. Los Robles Avenue with a 104-month lease, CBRE said.

The eight-story, 168,000 square foot Pasadena office building sits on the corner of Los Robles and Cordova. It was acquired in February 2020 by GWP Reqal Estate.

GWP renovated the exterior of the building and completed the reorientation of the main entrance and lobby. It also added a conference and fitness center, as well as indoor and outdoor lounges for tenants.

“The combination of new renovations, convenient location and strong ownership made the decision to relocate Keller Williams offices a smart move,” said Ken Parson, operating partner of Keller Williams Realty and KW Commercial in Pasadena and Arcadia.

“The CBRE team has been determined to bring the vision for the property to life, walking with us every step of the way. We are thrilled to have our team and clients showcasing our new space, which is expected to be completed in January 2023.”

Natalie Bazarevitsch, senior vice president of CBRE, said the company is thrilled to welcome Keller Williams to the Pasadena office.
